Malaysia was the host of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in 2020. The APEC Rare Diseases Network with the collaboration of the Ministry of Health Malaysia organized the Virtual Consultation on COVID-19 & Rare Diseases in Malaysia. It involved speakers from Malaysia and the Rare Diseases Network of which RDAFM was one of them.
